Missions and Charities Committee
The church gives away a proportion of its income every year to support and promote other Christian missions & charities.  We will soon be deciding where this money will be allocated for the next 2018/19 fiscal year.
If you have any proposals please let me know by Sunday 18th March , together with reasons for your suggestion.  We will consider individuals or organisation that are engaged in missional and/or charitable work, local, national or international.  There will be between 2 and 4 beneficiaries and all shall be limited to Christian individuals or organisations.

Street Library Closure
Some of you may be aware that Somerset County Council has plans to close Street library.
You can also have your say on the proposals by visiting between January 29 and April 22.
Bishops’ Lent Appeal 2018
2018 marks 40years of the Bath and Wells companion link with the five Anglican diocese of Zambia and for that reason, this year the Bishops’ Lent Appeal will raise money to support Lay Ministry in Somerset and in Zambia.  There are 3 ways we can help:
1 – Pray for Lay Ministry
2 – Engage with the Appeal
3 – Donate to the Appeal
Please see the letter on the noticeboard at the back of the Mission Church for further information.
Can you help?
We have an owner who is a resident of Street asking for some dog walking support for Magic their 11 year old Collie / Springer cross so we wondered whether any of the church family might like to volunteer to help.
Our aim is to relieve the owners of any worry concerning the welfare of their pets both during and after their own lifetime making us unique amongst charities.
Contact Sally direct on 01736 758707 or email . The Cinnamon Trust.
The volunteers can gain access to our volunteer page on our website or or by emailing us at
